Redemption Process

You will receive an E-ticket at your email address after you book your helicopter tour in Dubai. On the day of your tour, show this E-ticket and a valid original ID or passport at the check-in counter. After checking your ID, the staff will take you to your helicopter and give you a safety briefing.

• Your weight will be recorded for safety and balance purposes.
  Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult; age and weight limits may apply.
• Helicopter tour is a weather-dependent activity. Therefore, in case of poor conditions, flights may be rescheduled or refunded.
