Ticket Price & Timings

Dubai Frame tickets are currently AED 50 for adults and AED 20 for children aged 3–12. Children under 3 and People of Determination with up to two companions can enter free under the attraction's current policy. Dubai Frame is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays, although timings can change during Ramadan and special occasions.

Child Policy

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit. Infants under 3 can enter free of charge.

Location & Getting There

Dubai Frame is located at Zabeel Park, Gate 4. The attraction can be reached easily from Al Jafiliya Metro Station, with taxis and private vehicles also providing convenient access.

Before You Visit

Arrive around 10–15 minutes before your scheduled admission. Large bags and strollers must be stored at the Gate 4 counter. Personal handbags and purses are permitted, subject to security requirements.

Food, beverages, smoking, and pets are not allowed inside. Visitors should dress respectfully, avoid leaning or climbing on railings, and must not touch or remove exhibition items. Toys and sharp tools are also prohibited.

Dubai Frame welcomes People of Determination and provides accessible facilities, reserved parking, accessible routes, and wheelchair services on request. Complimentary admission is available for eligible People of Determination and up to two accompanying persons under the current policy.
