Start your day with a private air-conditioned transfer from your Dubai hotel and head towards Palm Jumeirah. The package includes the Palm Monorail journey when the service is operating; when the monorail is unavailable due to maintenance, the journey to Atlantis is provided by private SUV instead, so your Atlantis attractions remain part of the itinerary. At Aquaventure World, spend the day enjoying water slides, rides, rivers, family attractions, and access to the private beach. Later, explore The Lost Chambers Aquarium, where more than 65,000 marine animals are displayed across immersive underwater exhibits.

Your Tour Journey

1. Private Hotel Pickup

Your English-speaking driver collects you from your Dubai hotel in an air-conditioned private vehicle at your confirmed pickup time.

2. Travel to Palm Jumeirah

Head towards Palm Jumeirah and the Palm Gateway area, the starting point for the Palm Monorail when the service is operating.

3. Palm Monorail Journey or Private SUV Transfer

When Palm Monorail service is available, enjoy the scenic journey towards Atlantis Aquaventure Station. At present, the official Palm Monorail website states that service is temporarily suspended due to maintenance, so a private SUV transfer is provided instead.

4. Aquaventure World

Spend the main part of your day at Aquaventure World. Enjoy water slides, rides, rivers, family attractions, and the private beach. The current official operating hours are 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM daily, although operating hours can change.

5. Explore The Lost Chambers Aquarium

After your waterpark experience, head to The Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis. Explore its underwater chambers and marine exhibits featuring more than 65,000 marine animals. The aquarium currently operates daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

6. Return to Your Hotel

After completing your Atlantis experience, meet your driver and relax during your private transfer back to your Dubai hotel.

Tour Duration

Allow approximately 8–10 hours for the complete experience, including hotel transfers and time at the Atlantis attractions. The exact duration depends on your pickup time, time spent at Aquaventure, aquarium visit, traffic, and attraction operating hours.

Pickup & Drop-Off

Private hotel pickup and drop-off are available from selected Dubai locations. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time so the tour can begin smoothly.

Palm Monorail Status

Important: Palm Monorail service is currently temporarily suspended for maintenance according to its official website. When the monorail is unavailable on your travel date, this package provides a private SUV transfer between the Palm Gateway area and Atlantis instead. Your Aquaventure and Lost Chambers entries remain unaffected. 

The monorail status should be reconfirmed before booking because service availability can change.

Aquaventure World Timings

Aquaventure World currently operates daily from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Operating hours may change depending on the season or operational requirements.

For this reason, we recommend starting your day early enough to make the most of your waterpark visit.

The Lost Chambers Aquarium Timings

The Lost Chambers Aquarium is currently open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Opening hours can change seasonally.

Child Policy

Child admission and height requirements depend on the selected ticket and attraction rules. Aquaventure also applies height restrictions to certain rides, and guests over 1.2 metres are generally subject to the applicable adult ticket category. Children under 13 who are visiting Aquaventure without an adult are not permitted to enter alone.

Important: Your booking system should display the exact child pricing for this particular package rather than using a generic age-only rule.

Aquaventure Safety & Restrictions

Certain rides have specific height and safety requirements. Guests should follow all instructions provided by lifeguards and attraction staff.

Food, beverages, glassware, and alcohol are not permitted inside Aquaventure. Lockers and towels are available for an additional charge.

  • A change of clothes.
  • Personal identification if required for ticket verification.
  • Waterproof protection for personal belongings.

Lockers & Towels

Lockers and towels are available at Aquaventure for an additional charge. It is recommended to arrange these services on arrival if needed.

Food & Drinks

Food and beverages are available for purchase at the attractions, but outside food and drinks are not permitted inside Aquaventure.

Accessibility

The attractions provide facilities and assistance for guests with accessibility requirements. If you are travelling with a wheelchair, mobility aid, or require additional assistance, inform us before booking so the appropriate arrangements can be checked.

Weather & Operational Changes

Aquaventure is an outdoor attraction and its operations can be affected by weather or operational requirements. Attraction opening hours, ride availability, and the Palm Monorail service can change without prior notice.

If the monorail remains unavailable, the included private SUV transfer will be used instead.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour, subject to the booking terms. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged in full.

Because attraction tickets can have their own conditions, the cancellation terms shown during booking should always be treated as the final terms for your reservation.
